Week 1

Week 1 is the foundation of a successful estate sale. Our system insures that sales are well attended and every detail is in place .

We will transform your home into an organized showroom that allows people to easily find items by type and shop comfortably.

Marketing photos will be taken of each item, or groups of items if they will be sold together.

Each item will be evaluated by our team. Sale Prices will be set based on careful research.

Family members will be given time to determine what items will be sold, setting aside the treasured items they would like to keep.

Our staff starts early in the week promoting your Sale. We will promote your sale online, via social media, and through our own database of estate sale buyers. Our strategy is designed to maximize the number buyers that attend your sale.

The Estate Sale

The estate sale is typically on the weekend between Week 1 & 2. Our staff will be on hand to manage each day(s) of the Estate Sale.

New Day staff will arrive well before the sale begins, strategically placing signs, banners, and other promotional items as allowed in your area. We will set up our point-of-sale system and be ready on time for the sale.
New Day’s Staff are experienced in estate sale management. They are prepared to proactively manage all the details of your sale allowing you to avoid stress often associated with estate sales.
Our goal is to provide a valuable service to our clients and deliver a pleasant buying experience for the estate sale shoppers that attend your sale.

Week 2

Post sale is where all the accounting, reporting, and clean-up are completed.

After the sale, the home will be cleaned in accordance with your New Day agreement.
Once the sale is complete, unsold items will be donated or handled as agreed. We take great pleasure in knowing that the items gathered over a lifetime will find new homes with people who value and treasure them.
Our clients deserve nothing less than complete transparency, which is why we provide detailed reports and accounting for all our sales.
Proceeds are promptly delivered to our clients once our accounting and report procedures are completed. Typically, within seven days from completion of the estate sale.
