HOLDING ITEMS:
– We will not have a designated ‘holding area at this sale. Please plan accordingly.
– We recommend that you purchase your items, take it to your car, and come back to shop some more!
– Do not block the checkout area.
– For our clients convenience we provide shopping baskets.

BOXES, BAGS, AND PACKING MATERIAL:
-none will be provided at this sale

PAYMENT/FEES:
– Cash preferred and cards accepted
– We do not accept checks
– Everything is sold as-is
– All sales are final
– Returns, exchanges, or refunds not accepted

– Items broken by patrons must be purchased

HEAVY/LARGE ITEMS AND FURNITURE:
– Bring help to load large and heavy items to your car.
– We do not offer moving assistance to the car or help disassembling items.
– Please bring your own tools and moving assistants.
– We are not responsible for any accidents

DISCOUNTS:
– First day, no discounts
– Please no negotiating prices/discounts
– All sales are final
-Discounts will be updated here at the end of each sale day

SIGN IN SHEET:
– We will have a sign in sheet outside by the entrance door (an hour before the sale)
