SIGN IN SHEET:
– We will have a sign in sheet outside an hour before the sale by the entrance door
– First come, first served

HOLDING ITEMS:
– Due to limited room, we cannot provide a holding area for this sale
– Please purchase your items, take them to your vehicle, and come back to shop for more

DISCOUNTS:
– First day, items are priced as marked
– Discounts will be updated here and through our text chain at the end of each sale day

PAYMENT/FEES:
– 6% Sales Tax added to every purchase
– Cash and Exact Change preferred and Cards accepted
– Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted, items broken by patrons must be purchased
– Pricing info will not be given out prior to the sale
– Everything is sold as-is and all sales are final

HEAVY/LARGE ITEMS AND FURNITURE:
– Please bring help/tools to disassemble and load large/heavy items to your car
– We do not offer moving assistance or help disassembling items
– We are not responsible for any accidents
