Street parking available around our sale.

SIGN IN SHEET:
– An hour before the sale starts, a sign in sheet will be placed outside by the front entrance door.
– Order of names will be first come, first served and will be announced in the order written on the sign in sheet once the sale opens.
– Phone numbers can be added to the sign in sheet to enroll in our VIP text program.

PARKING:
– Street parking is available.
– Please refrain from blocking driveways and mailboxes.

LIABILITY: Patrons assume all risk of injury or damage while on premises and New Day Estate Sales and its clients are not liable.

HOLDING ITEMS:
– “Hold” stickers will be provided and our staff will write your name on the sticker and place it on the item you wish to hold.
– Items will be held for up to 30 minutes. Once the 30 minutes has ended, items will be placed back into the sale inventory.
– It is highly recommended that you purchase your items, take them to your vehicle, and return to continue shopping.

DISCOUNTS:
– First day, items are priced as marked.
– Items priced at $1 or less are not included in the discount.
– Discounts will be updated online and via our email + text updates after each sale day.

PAYMENT/FEES:
– Cash and cards accepted.
– Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. Items broken by patrons must be purchased.
– Pricing information will not be given out prior to the sale.
– Everything is sold as-is and all sales are final.

HEAVY/LARGE ITEMS AND FURNITURE:
– Please bring help/tools to disassemble and load large/heavy items to your vehicle.
– Moving assistance or help disassembling items is not offered by our team.
– We are not responsible for any accidents.
– Please notify a team member before parking in the driveway to load your items.
